The Cobblestone Tea House business is owned by Janine who had previously run her own catering company for over 20 years and has experience in running her own restaurant.

The lovely tea house team is a collective of individuals who have a passion for excellent service and building relationships with lovely customers.

Perfectly hidden away from the main high street through a Cobble walk where you will emerge and be stunned by the magical mid-century building which is now a Tea House. it's a tranquil getaway to unwind and indulge in the luscious selection of food and drinks.

The Tea House is only a stone's throw away from the beautiful hills of the South Downs which is 161km long.  It is one of 16 National Trails in England and Wales. The trail runs for 160 km from Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in East Sussex.

We do not only accommodate people but dogs also. We sell a selection of doggy food items and ice creams for them to enjoy. Dogs are welcome in the private outside seating area and in the front section of the Tea House which is allocated inside as a Doggy area with its own "Doggy Den".
